Prior to and during my senior semester, I conceived and developed the business idea of I Am Her. I Am Her is a private club specifically for young, black women, offering mentorship catering to their personal, communal and business development.
Senior Project
In my time spent capturing this project, I have found a deeper meaning and understanding of why this business is necessary and the degree to which it would be impactful.
In-Project Reflection
As a BSM major, concentrating in entrepreneurship, this project is a display of my education and learning experiences put into practice. This project is and will prove itself to be a reflection of my growth as a student, entrepreneur, and leader. Compared to my skillset during freshman year, with repetition, familiarity and application of business tools and methods I have gained confidence in the creation of a business idea from start to finish.
